Shipping and Policies

1. Order Processing Time

All products are made and packaged by hand.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing (pre-orders excluded).
You will receive an email once your order ships.


2. Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship domestically within the USA only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

 

  • Expedited: 2–4 business days (if available)

 

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


3. Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number sent via email or SMS when your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


3. Wrong Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We do not offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
  • If the package is returned to us by the carrier, you may pay the shipping fee again to have it resent.

We cannot edit or redirect a package once it has been shipped.


5. Damaged, lost, or stolen packages

Once an order is handed to USPS or UPS, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

 

  • Packages damaged during transit

 

  • Packages lost by the carrier

 

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

 

If your package is damaged, delayed, or missing, you must file a claim directly with USPS or UPS using your tracking number.

We will gladly provide any information needed to help you open a claim, but we cannot reimburse or replace the shipment.


6. Returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

 

  • Wrong address

 

  • Unclaimed mail

 

  • Unable to deliver

 

You may choose:

  • To reship the package (customer pays shipping cost), or
  • To forfeit the order (no refund provided)

7. Warm Weather Shipping

Candles and fragrance products may soften or slightly melt in hot climates.
This is normal and not considered damage.


8. Holiday & High-Volume Delays

Processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays or new product launches.
